Your item's market value is locked when it is revealed. You then have 24 hours to choose delivery or sell it back at 95% of its locked market value in GG Coins. If you choose delivery, complete the delivery payment within 3 days. If no selection is made, or delivery payment is not completed in time, the item will be automatically sold back and the GG Coins added to your account.

The market value displayed when your pull is revealed is locked for that item and used to calculate its sellback. Later market-value changes will not affect that locked amount during your decision window.

Choose sellback within the decision window and receive GG Coins equal to 95% of the item's locked market value. The credits are added to your account immediately and can be used for future Gacha Pulls.

No. Each pool has its own set odds. Those odds are published on the pool listing before you pull and are not calculated from real-time market data. Market values are determined separately and do not affect the random selection process.

Yes. Every pull is randomised from the relevant pool according to that pool's published odds. Customers and Gacha Grails team members cannot choose the outcome of an individual pull.

Yes. Depending on the pack and pool, an outcome may be a sealed product or a PSA-graded slab. Every slab available on Gacha Grails is professionally graded and authenticated by PSA. Sealed products are unopened and are not individually graded.
